RAHANA Prisoners’ Rights Unit – Ali Kalayi was arrested this morning at Emam Ali military college. According to reports received by RAHANA, a few hours after his arrest, agents from the Military Prosecutor’s office raided Kalayi’s parental house taking away his personal items.
Ali Kalayi was previously arrested in the beginning of 1388 (Persian Year 2008-2009) but was released on bail later.
In the past 3 months 7 other members of CHRR, Shiva Nazar Ahari, Mehrdad Rahimi, Saeed Ha’eri, Saeed Jalalifar, Saeed Kalanaki, Parisa Kakayi & Koohyar Gudarzi, have been arrested and are currently detained in Evin Prison.
